You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. redcasino will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify redcasino immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
redcasino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified redcasino of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
redcasino reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
All transactions on the redcasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). redcasino does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. redcasino does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which redcasino accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. redcasino reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the completeness of your KYC documentation.
redcasino does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Deposits made using prohibited payment methods will be returned and the associated account may be subject to review.
All funds deposited into your redcasino account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. redcasino does not pay interest on player account balances. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, redcasino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. redcasino shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

redcasino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
redcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. redcasino makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude redcasino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
redcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent redcasino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
